CNC Hydraulic press brakes are used for bending sheet metals made from cast iron, furious and non-furious metals. These presses are used in steel mills, in aviation, in engineering industry, in various industries and productions of different kinds of details which can use sheet metal. Hydraulic press brakes have o wide range of manufacturers and models, which have different technical parameters and equipment. In this article we will talk about three hydraulic press brakes of different producers.
Our first machine is AMADA HDS-1303 NT (foto 1), which was manufactured in 2008 by very famous Japanese company that is one of the world leaders in metal processing industry. The second machine is TRUMPF V 170 (foto 2), which was manufactured in 2000 by also well-known Germany company that is one of the largest manufacturer of metal processing machines. Our third hydraulic press brake is BYSTRONIC XPERT 200 X 4000 (foto 3), which was produced in the same year as the first our machine, in 2008. BYSTRONIC is Swiss company with great history that specializes in manufacturing high quality systems for metal processing. So, if we can see, all our press brakes are fairly new, one of them is 15 years old, while the other two are just 7 years old. According to this fact we can conclude that all machines are in a very good technical and visual condition. But now we consider the main characteristics of our devices. One of the main technical parameters of CNC press brakes is maximum pressing force. The largest value of this parameter, which is equal to 199.6 tons, has BYSTRONIC XPERT 200 X 4000. TRUMPF V 170 has maximum force of pressing of 169.6 tons. The smallest pressing force, which is equal to 129.7 tons, has AMADA HDS-1303 NT. Another very important thing is the maximum bending length. This technical parameter is quite similar in our three machines, but the largest bending length has press brake of Germany manufacturer and it is equal to 160 inches. Machine of Japanese producer has the smallest maximum bending length among our devices and it is equal to 127 inches. The value of this technical parameter of Swiss machine is equal to 157 inches. Our three press brakes are equipped with CNC controls with different models and different number of controlled axes. AMADA HDS-1303 NT is equipped with control AMADA AMNC-PC and has the largest number of controlled axes, which is equal to 8 pieces. TRUMPF V 170 has 5 axes, which are controlled by DELEM CNC CONTROL. Hydraulic press brake BYSTRONIC XPERT 200 X 4000 has the smallest number of axes, which are equal to 5 pieces and are controlled by BYSTRONIC CNC CONTROL. So, in conclusion we may say that if you want to buy any of these three machines, you can choose every one of them, depending on which characteristic is the most important for you.
